Detailed Description
Command created when the properties of a frame are changed (e.g.
using frame dialog). In the long run, KWFrameBackGroundColorCommand, KWFrameBorderCommand etc. could be removed and KWFramePropertiesCommand could be used instead.
This solution is memory eating though, since all settings of the frame
are copied. TODO: evaluate using graphite's GenericCommand instead.
